Helpdesk Pilot is compatible with PHP 4.x.x and PHP 5.x.x. We recommend PHP 5.2.6 if you are about to install PHP on your server today. Otherwise, any version of PHP except 5.2.4 is fine. PHP 5.2.4 has bugs that directly affect Helpdesk Pilot application and hence not recommended.
