LDAP - For Active directory support

Helpdesk Pilot supports Active Directory / LDAP authentication. With this plugin, Helpdesk Pilot aims to obviate the need of adding all your staff records to its database during configuration or storing the staff/customer password. Helpdesk Pilot is a copyrighted software and owned by Tenmiles Technologies. The product is shipped with a copyrighted license and links tracking back to helpdeskpilot.com or tenmiles.com should not be removed. However, if you would like to wholly customize the software and remove the copyright notice. more info

Smart Rules

Smart Rules plugin makes it easy for you to gain more control over your Helpdesk system, extend its functionality and increase overall efficiency.
