With this plugin, Helpdesk Pilot ticketing software aims to obviate the need of adding all your staff records to its database during configuration or storing the staff/customer password. Your staff's/ end-user's login would be authenticated against active directory thereby making the interface very secure.

With the new plugin you can now have support for multiple active directories. The username and password of the user will be validated against the directory you choose. Please note that the new version of the plugin is compatible only with Helpdesk Pilot 4.0.0. With the new version we have added a Mode of Login dropdown to the login page. The user should now choose either the AD to be validated against or the Helpdesk Pilot database.
