We have now made it easy and convenient for you to download the latest edition of Helpdesk Pilot.
Log into the priority support portal at my.helpdeskpilot.com with the email address you used at the time of purchase. If you have used multiple email accounts kindly get in touch with us to consolidate your license information under one email address.
Click on the My Accounts tab to see your purchase history and support & upgrade contract validity.
If your support & upgrades contract is updated then you will see the downloads you are eligible for.
If your support & upgrades contract has expired then you will be guided with the link to purchase support & upgrade contracts. Once you update your contract you will be eligible to download the latest version of Helpdesk Pilot.
